Since Operation Metro Surge, 4 in 10 Minnesotans say they are more likely to avoid certain parts of Minneapolis.
About 4 in 10 are also less likely to visit downtown Minneapolis than before.
However, 51% of Democrats say they are now more likely to visit immigrant-owned businesses, compared with 3% of Republicans.
